5 Reasons This New Moon in Taurus is Not an Ordinary New Moon

Yes, that's right! This New Moon is not an ordinary one. New Moons always signify new beginnings, a time for setting intentions and giving your wishes to the universe. And this is still true. However, the scale is not ordinary this time. The last Full Moon was a Lunar Eclipse, which was the last eclipse in the Taurus x Scorpio axis before the Lunar Nodes change their axis to Aries x Libra. Since the Node of Karma; South Node, is in the potent sign of Scorpio, we just had a massive purging as a collective. The energy was so intense that it messed with our psyche so badly that some of us had crises. As a collective that shares the same wavelength, consciousness, and vibration, we all felt it. And I felt the Chiron’s healing energy got activated and result in collective healing. This purging helped us clear our energetic fields and shift into a new dimension, preparing us to be rooted in fresh soil.

With Jupiter recently entering Taurus, we can now embrace its expansive and benevolent energy in new world. Jupiter, the planet of luck and fortune, expansion and growth, will bring us new opportunities to evolve and grow, especially in areas of our lives where we may have felt stuck or stagnant. Taurus, being the sign of stability, can bring positive changes that will benefit us in the long run. In addition, the combination with Taurus's ruler, Venus, can bring monetary abundance, which is perfect for growing abundance tree on new soil.

With that said, Moon is exalted in Taurus, meaning that she is in her best mood! When the planets are exalted, means its strongest position in the sign. Taurus is associated with stability, security, and sensuality, which align with the nature of the Moon and she can express her nurturing, intuitive, emotional quality to the fullest. Then with her best friend Venus in her home sign Cancer, this called “Mutual Reception”. Mutual reception is an astrological term that describes a relationship between two planets that are in each other's ruling signs. In the case of the Moon and Venus, it means that the Moon is in Taurus, which is ruled by Venus, and Venus is in Cancer, which is ruled by the Moon. This creates a harmonious and supportive energy between the two planets, and it can enhance their respective qualities.

Another thing to note is that we recently had a Double Moon, which means two new moons in the same sign - in Aries 0º and 29º. This has shifted the cycle of New Moon, meaning that New Moons now occur at the last decan of an astrological sign. For example, the Sun will enter Gemini soon after making the New Moon in Taurus. Then we will have a Full Moon in Sagittarius (with the Moon in the opposite sign of the Sun), followed by a New Moon in Gemini. In a YouTube video, Molly McCord suggests that this energy can offer new perspectives and approaches to situations. You may see things in a new light and discover fresh, different ways to approach them, which can provide a new take on things or bring a new solution to the situation. Welcome to the new world!

So, feeling excited yet? Here's the kicker: When Jupiter entered Taurus, it marked a significant shift in the cosmos. It formed a T-square with Pluto at 0º Aquarius and Mars at 29º Cancer. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. With the Lunar Nodes at 3º Taurus x Scorpio, this creates a grand square. Picture a pyramid with four corners generating energy and connecting the points in the middle. This energy field is like an imaginary generator, with Jupiter-North Node fueling its energy, the energy runs from our future to the past, and Pluto serving as the engine. And soon, this engine is about to get fired up. On the following day, Mars enters Leo, and that's when the engine really starts to roar. Buckle up, Astro friends, because we're in for a wild ride!

So, you see, as the celestial bodies move and interact with each other, they create a flow of energetic current that ascends. This cosmic movement is the foundation of this New Moon, which is a powerful time for setting intentions and manifesting your desires. During this time, you have the opportunity to plant the seed of your intention in new soil so that it can take root and grow in new world.

The idea behind this process is to align yourself with the energetic flow of the universe and tap into its powerful energy. Once you have set your intention, the next step is to declare it to the cosmos and send it off with the jet stream. This means that you should vocalize your intention and put it out into the universe, so that the energy of your desire can be amplified and magnified.

Now you see what I mean by this is no ordinary New Moon, right? This New Moon is a time of great potential and opportunity, and by working with the cosmic energy of this time, you can manifest your desires and create the life that you want.
